Reading through some materials on the Global Initiative to Reduce Gas Flaring: “Zero Routine Flaring 2030”, by the world bank, the need for Governments, Oil companies, and Development institutions to develop a sustainable plan to curb gas flaring by 2030, and the efforts the government of Nigeria is making to meet this target recently brings back to memory a mini-thread I wrote sometime in 2019, on a Friday.

I wrote this mini thread on Air Pollution in Nigeria on Twitter for SustyVibes on #Sustyfriday, a day of the week set aside for public enlightenment on environmental issues.

Air Pollution is still a significant environmental challenge in Nigeria and the world at large, and a collective effort is needed to rise to the challenges it poses.

Have a read of the thread here;
